Dude this is bullshit. Dont believe this. I live in Madeira and the death toll is well over 130. But government only reported 42 so they wouldnt be forced to declare calamity status. Cuz that would force them to shut down turism for 6 months obligatoraly and turism is the main income and atraction here. Government sent all bodys to a morgue under the airport. In one of 3 malls affected alone there were over 50 dead. I could not make this up! Some ppl know but its all hush-hush.
