  • Yes you are right. Thanks !

  • When you say "nanograms per decilitre" (28 seconds from the beginning) you actually mean "nanograms per millilitre" right?

  • A good food source is Sockeye Salmon. There are others - the politically incorrect lard. Real lard not hydrogenated. But if you live in the souththern US you can get enough sun year round. The lighter you skin is the the less sun you need to make vitamin D.

  • Thank you for the video.Kind lovely Woman!!.

  • I have found that sunburns are more the result of dietary insufficiency rather than UV excess. Antioxidants such as catechins and nutrients such as riboflavin and tyrosine protect against sunburns. Sunlight is not to be feared when properly nourished with a balanced, varied, plant-based whole foods diet.

God who heals us (Ex 15:26) and cares about our good health (3 John 2) gave us the sun and found it good. "The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it."

    (Prov 10.22)
