Simon also said to the media, We want to propel this years title to be the biggest-selling video game of all time. That may raise some eyebrows, but step back and look at the franchises trajectory through preceding launches, and this objective starts to look viable.
The fact between all the statements from the developers end is that Activision is feeling rather cocky about a game that isnt even released yet.

But, there is a reason behind this believe i.e. Call of Duty 4 has sold more than 10 million copies till date.
