@GagsIsDaMan It's not ignorance or intolerance that causes the French to mostly reject metal. It's rather because they still have a measure of civilization and therefore taste. It doesn't matter though. Whether or not it's because of taste, n time France, like the rest of Europe, will be under Sharia law. The spinelessness of Europeans really is appalling. Will you never fight for your culture?

@Jitpring The French like metal and are very passionate when it comes to it. France as a whole doesn't like it though for numerous reasons. It's cultural : France is not a "rock music land" unlike the UK/US. Add some ignorance & intolerance and you've got a serious picture of why France kinda sucks for metal lovers. It's been what...10 or 15 years since rock music as a whole was "mainstream" here. But believe me , french metal lovers are for real and are rather well educated. :)
