  • seems like alot of work for something so simple

  • Hi Fuddyboy.

You're very welcome to provide us with an easier example then...;-)

  • 1. Can anyone do this in After Effects? I've been trying but it seems to look way better in Fusion ( by far )

    2. Actually, the best compositor is Nuke I think xD

  • You should check out the new Fusion6 videos on the /user/eyeonsoftware channel here on youtube...;-)

  • ah ok thanks ^^

  • Camtasia is a screen recorder. It's a software that records what happens on your screen. You can then export the video into different file formats.

  • ah, i ment if you rendered the image to be able to be put into a different file format to put in somthing like "techsmith's camtasia" or "Vagas Pro 8.0"

  • Actually yes.

It doesn't show too good in this low rez quality,

but the rightmost 'blue' node is a 3DRender, which ...well...renders the swinging doors into a 2D image. This is then merged over a white background. (i.e. two images are combined). The last tool one would add is a "Saver" after the last Merge which the writes the rendered images to disk.

  • do you have to render the animation after its done? if so how?

  • Fusion 5.3 from eyeon software.

    The best compositor out there....;-)
