The Cranes' feeding is done to attract the Cranes so they will not destroy the nearby farmers' fields.
However some of the Cranes decided that it is better to get "Free Food" during the winter than to fly all the way to Ethiopia.

That's amazing. Thatnk you for posting that to my "Chased my Ducks" video. Your video blows my video right out of the water. And six tons of dorn and peanust a day....I could never afford that nor could I have that many birds around. I used to do a lot of still photography and I would have taken so many photographs of that. The noise level, too, is something else. Thanks once again. That was truely amazing!
