I'm American!!! Haha and I do say like a lot British accents are just so entertaining to me like I like how it sounds ya know lol and I'll do it try a British accent some of my friends say I'm kinda good lol

So!!! I'm American and to us, British accents sound...proper. My fascination with British accents actually stems from the films that I watch regularly: Never Let Me Go, Sweeney Todd, Harry Potter (worst example, but still...), Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, etc. I'm actually quite fond of Sheffield accents!!! :)

You know, before I ended up befriending a couple of English people, I hated the English accent. The English guy in the movies is always some arrogant rich prick with a very posh accent. And I didn't get why people liked it. Then I realized that most don't sound as if they're better than me and I actually kind of like it now, although some words irritate me. lol Mostly I ask how words are pronounced because it's fun to hear it said differently.

My midwestern accent is so boring to me!
