* I n g r e d i e n t s *
HALVE THIS RECIPE if you're
just juicing for yourself,
as this makes a lot of juice!

— 6 Carrots
— 2 Broccoli Stems
— 3 Burdock Root* (Jerusalem artichokes** are a good substitution if you can't find burdock root at your local natural grocery store or Asian market!)
— 1 head Celery
— 1-2 bunches Parsley
— 1 Cucumber
— 1 bunch Spinach

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICER.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Add ice if desired, and enjoy!

*BURDOCK
(from the dictionary):
a large herbaceous Old World plant of the daisy family. The hook-bearing flowers become woody burrs after fertilization and cling to animals' coats for seed dispersal. • Genus Arctium, family Compositae: several species, including the large-leaved great burdock ( A. lappa), which has edible roots and is used in herbal medicine.

**JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE
(from Wikipedia):
The Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus), also called the sunroot or sunchoke or earth apple or topinambur, is a species of sunflower native to the eastern United States, from Maine west to North Dakota, and south to northern Florida and Texas. It is also cultivated widely across the temperate zone for its tuber, which is used as a root vegetable.

  • Sorry darlin', but I have 1,000's of fans who are asking me to create 'can you dig it?' shirts! My fans are actually the ones to blame for turning 'can you dig it?' into one of their favorite sayings on this channel! Can you dig it? I will dig it if you say no, I will dig it if you say yes. Getting healthy is about having fun & having a sense of humor! :D

  • Hey Dan the Rap Man with DA Master Plan! Quick question. When you juice or eat your veggies, do you peel the skin of carrots and other veggies and also do you wash them from the sediment, or do you keep it EXTREMELY natural and eat them organic right out of the ground?

  • I wash the veggies from the store and eat wild herbs un rinsed....

  • @Zewann DUDE, I've been baked before and I've juiced...Juicing is like being baked (it DEFINITELY gives you a high) but it's better because it's clean, energizing, brain clearing high that doesn't leave you hungry, but fills you up and makes you feel like you can do anything! So try the juicing high! That's what he's on! There's a difference. :)

  • what kind of juicer are you using?

  • repent to Jesus christ, ask god for mercy and truth. Jesus is way, truth, and life. No one comes to father except by him alone.

  • i've heard that our bodies needs carrots to be cooked or at least steamed in order for the nutrients to be assimilated.... i was just wondering your take on that
