  • so does this work good for anyone even if they can only lift say... 25 pounds each arm?

  • @ki299 strength is all relitive so it doesnt matter what you lift, just change the poudages accordingly, remember the only workout thats important is your own.

  • I might do at some stage, i was the winner of the weakest link as well as the wresetler and semi finalist on Gladiators in 1994 as well as an international Poel vaulter, but hey dont want to show off lol

  • By TNA do you reffer to the TNA wrestling organization? Which was your gimmick if so and I can asume that you probably went there somewhere in the beginning of the organization when there were only weekly PPVs
