This is my car...I've had it for a little over a year now. It has
the California Special package which really consists of trim differences and the famous "disappearing stripe". There were 16,422 Mustang GTs' built in 2009, but only 1,698 Mustang GT/CSs built that year...only 500 were candy apple red as is this car. (GT/CS Registry)

  • look's real nice! they sell trim for ur steering wheel around where ur speed control goes u should buy those they make the wheel look nice ans its only like 40.00

  • @kquigs100 Thanks! I'll check that out! Do you remember who the seller is? :) Jack

  • how much did you spend on all the additions?

  • @zipper978 I'd say it was somewhere between 2 and 3 thousand dollars...for the 08 and a similar amount for the 09. Thanks! :) Jack

  • Should Have spent more on "Go Faster" stuff. It looks nice..I personally don't like the 45th badge on the dash, it looks out of place and chunky.

  • @Floridaredwing25 I'm not really interested in going any faster than the car can go now...I will never use the potential it has but I can overlook that because it has such responsiveness for everyday driving. As for the decoration, that is the nice thing about Mustangs..they can be very individualized. The badge can easily come off, as most decorations can. Thanks! :) Jack

  • look's real nice!

  • @H4Z4RDUS Hey, Rich! The person who objected did not really spell out his reasons...but I must hazard a guess in that a license plate could be traced (Probably restricted to police) and the whereabouts of the car deciphered. That might concern someone...but normally I believe that information is not available to the general public. Since it is his car, I feel a general obligation to adhere to his wishes. Again, I am only speculating! Thanks! :) Jack

  • So whats with this whole think about not being able to show liscense plates? I don't really know why your not supossed to and haven't heard on the real reason. Can someone please explain and let me know?
