Rosie Perez deserved this award. "Fearless" is one of the most under-appreciated films in history. For anyone who has seen this film, all I can say is -- Jeff Bridges, Rosie Perez, a tool box and a brick wall. Peter Weir is a genius.

Rosie Perez CLEARY deserved award for the best performance of her career. The two standout scenes - for me - were w/ Jeff in the mall (from start 2 finish) and in the Volvo when she broke down about losing her son. Close third was her goodbye scene at the hospital. Regardless, an amazing performance in an amazing film. One of the Best Films of the 90's - totally overlooked by the AssCademy & fans, alike.
