Ayala HS at BOA

Congrats to them for getting first at BOA yesterday October 23rd. This is the first I see Tama marching drums! They sound great, and can't wait till they're out on the market! Definitely need to get a my hands on those Tamas!

Tom Float has bee the driving force behind the development of these drums and they have been in the works for MANY years. I want to say I heard about TAMA marching stuff in prototype form of some sort back in 04. If Float says its top notch then it is. He was the guy behind many of the marching heads that REMO makes as well...

Dont forget they spend all winter practicing as well with their indoor line. Its pretty much like a sport season from Fall to summer.

watching vids like these makes me sad sometimes....I mean I love my line in my school, but we lack some serious discipline. we lack focus, setting goals, taking things seriously. and the thing is I know we have potential....when I watch vids like these, I just wish I could somehow transfer to a school like that and be in a marching band like that =/
