I am in no way, shape, or form, trying to be, or sound like a professional. I love, and am mildly obsessed with research. A lot of newbies see people that have lost the weight and they assume that they have all the good info. Why I think the majority probably do, some have information that may be wrong due to developments since their surgery. I feel the best thing to do is compile info and ask questions, not just camp out on one persons advice...not even mine:). I would say, the majority probably rules in this category also. I used vitamins simply as an example by the way, so don't think I am singling anyone out. I tried to be as broad as I could.

  • This is awesome you look great. Huge accomplishment!!!

  • Just sayin'....so proud of you. And you have learned very quickly what us old timers took years to figure out. Thank you so much for talking about this. People just don't understand how important it is to take stuff and be proactive. Over twelve years out and I'm still taking all my vits and tweaking as necessary. Everyone should! Hugs and God Bless,.

  • Agreed with this video. Also, we each should be directing questions to our surgeon. I have my surgeon's email address and he gets right back to me.

  • What I've learned about Calcium is that we should take the supplements because the blood test for calcium isn't telling you the truth about your calcium level...it's a bone density test that you need for that. Calcium gets sucked out of our bones and we don't know it's happening..that's from my surgeon. I think you should add an actual supplement outside of your BA multiple (I take those too). Glad you brought this topic up..I am an avid vitamin taker :)
