Two of the Joint Chiefs testify about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. HBOT is the only medical treatment for TBI and PTSD that targets the physical damage caused in the brain from severe concussions. Pharmaceutical treatments address the psychological changes -- but do not restore oxygenated blood flow into damaged areas of the brain.

  • The best kept secret from DOD and NAVSEA Sytems Command is the fact that there is a surplus of hyperbaric chambers that are "smoke-stacked" (more than 60 transportable systems) that could be used NOW to treat the PTSD patients at almost zero cost by Navy and USMC medics. How do I know. I designed, developed, and patented it. Those chambers should be and could be used NOW.

  • Who's the annoying giggly lady behind the first guy speaking? She needs to learn to compose herself when the camera is on her and others are speaking about important matters. She's so distracting, I can't hear what he said.
