Student engagement in the classroom is a focus of Professor Erik Rosegard's teaching philosophy and pedagogy. His in-class activities are socially relevant, and he provides hands-on learning experiences addressing student's different learning styles. This is part of a multi-episode series within the MERLOT ELIXR Digital Case Story Repository. Many SF State faculty have contributed digital stories to the MERLOT collection to document their real-life experiences of exemplary teaching strategies with an emphasis on student engagement.
