How ignorant, 70% of people who go to prison will be repeat offenders. Sure, she wont beat up another taxi driver again, but people with attitudes such as herself should not get another chance. She is what? 30? it unlikely the taxi incident was the first time she thought to recklessly hurt others. To kick a man who is on the floor is a very strong statement. I know myself perfectly, i wouldnt kick a man who is on the floor. I wouldnt resort to voilence, hence i judge her.
