I have been given the opportunity to play a custom built bass for a couple of weeks. This Bass was hand-made by the son of a friend of mine. It has a wonderfully warm sound and an incredible fit and finish. It has been a joy to play and I am going to hate giving it back.

  • @Cincinnatus1869 Agreed......so much fun man! Thanks!

  • Hey uh im saving up for a new amp and i play A LOT of Rush. I was wondering if you knew a good amp for these types of songs. Thanks

  • I do not have much knowledge of different amps and such. I only know what I've had and what I have now. I would recommend the Line6 LowDown line of amp/cabinet combos. Depending on your budget they go up pretty big. You can check out the product vid for the smallest one here: watch?v=iHaj0IJUmqI

It goes for around $300 or less. Hope that helps a bit.

  • It makes a nice change to see Rush songs played as well as this! The tone on that bass is awesome. What set up to got there?

  • Thanks man!

    I'm playing though a Line6 Lowdown175 amp.
