  • Every time I calculate her beam routine I get 6.9 as her A score. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I think (although highly unlikely) they are discrediting her CV.

  • yeah i get a 6.9 too. hmmm.

  • I always liked her beam, really unusual skills, I think she could've gone somewhere but injuries -_-

  • Something else that bother's me about Elfi's comments on this routine is when she says Shayla "gets high execution scores, and international judges really love that." The judges are the ones giving out those high execution scores! I get what Elfi was trying to say, but it would've made more sense if she had said something like "Shayla gets high execution scores because international judges appreciate her form and artistry."

  • @AHinken1

oooh... i know but it looks REALLY rubbed in

  • @Angel9837 that would be chalk on her legs

  • whats up with her leg tan? both of her thighs are more than than below the knee

  • @idefyustars i think you're using the new CoP... actually there was another one till 2008.

  • she is great and I don't want to distract from her routine, but the commentators are idiots. They're talking like excelling in artistry and in form are the same thing and they're not. I wouldn't call Shayla artistic but that doesn't mean she's bad. I wouldn't call any modern American gymnast artistic, but that doesn't mean they all have crappy form. Form and artistry are totally different things. Russians seem to be the only artistic 1s nowadays but that doesn't mean they're the only good ones.

  • @481095ymg2 how the hell did you get a 6.9?!?!?! i get a 5.4 !!

  • So unusual beam routine. I love her!

  • Waaaaay underscored I think.
