    Glad it helped. It sounds like there is no magic answer for everyone, but your #1 goal should be to keep good technique. Here is another set of videos that might be really helpful for technique:

    Thanks for sharing! I've had several tri coaches who have emphasized cutting down the strokes so much (I have high turnover, so this has always been a struggle). It's good to know that that is not necessarily the case in all circumstances.
