I realize a lot of people here are surprised to see a train around 100 cars or over but this is a fairly common thing now with lots of major railways.

I think I know why the signal stopped early before the train left; maybe it is because it has a time limit on when to turn on and when to turn off. Maybe that's what it was. Or is it malfunctioning?

@Corey6496 It just malfuntioned. The only time the system times out is when the train stops short of the crossing and remains stationary or starts backing away.
