i beat this guy with these pokemon yesterday; lvl 52 fearow, lvl 54 heracross, lvl 65 maganium, lvl 64 feraligatr, lvl 55 steelix, and lvl 57 ho oh :)

I beat lance the first time because, i had a lv.100 moltrez lol.

I managed to beat him with a typhlosion lucario and raichu they are all pretty weak against him tho I wouldn't recommend it :L
