it was done in good jest, i think he was having a bigger pop at the justice system, come on how much more can she get away with, "35 days grounded", she's not a child any more people, the jokes could of been bad taste but they weren't. she's 25 now, only she can deal with her stuff, she can keep blaming her problems on others, or face the fact that she's responsible for her own actions and choices. like many stars, she needs to get away from it all for a few YEARS (travel Europe ALONE maybe)
