This is what happen when you allow a group of people to rule a country without official vote from the real public.
Corruption won't get any country anywhere...eventually in the end of the day the entire country will collapse into hatred and war because of all these.

Sadly, people in the Philippines are not united. If they were there would follow justice. Arroyo can't or won't sort the problem out as whatever she pays her soldiers the corrupted officials in Mindanao pay more. It's a shame but the country needs to be a democracy and obviously it is not. It is an embarassment to the rest of the world. Nice of Arroyo's military and PNP to allow the perpetrators to remain free so they can coordinate their corrupt stories better. What a joke! Politics as normal.

Investigation should review this video and other videos during the recovery of the bodies. Usually the perpetrators would mingle with the crowds to observed the investigation.
