@XoXoSakuraKissXoXo That law and others like it prevents people, trying to rush home, from driving on the shoulder, your sidewalk, through parks etc. Same thing the immigration laws do, it prevents anarchy and mayhem and keeps the U.S. from an otherwise legal invasion. While I think your intentions are noble, before playing rebel without cause, invision what this country would be like without immigration laws. It wouldn't be America for long I can guarantee that.

Ever sit in rush hour traffic only to see some dope speed pass you on the shoulder? That rush hour traffic is the line of legal immigration and that idiot on the shoulder is the illegal immigrant. @Jllucky8 Wow, really? I was born and raised in America, and my brother is currently in the Army. But yeah, because we SAID it was right to invade a place and give them small pox and other horrible diseases, it was right. I'm not even a liberal, I'm independent. You're assuming too many things with too little evidence. And obviously you've never tried to immigrate to another country. It can take literally decades, even if you're moving from London or Canada. If you're Mexican, it's worse.

Your disdain for America is apparent. If you want to go back hundreds or perhaps thousands of years we can say Neanderthals are the rightful claimants of this soil. Since that is silly why don't we start with the constitution and the legal framework of which immigration LAW was born. These laws were made to protect our country against invasion while still providing for LEGAL immigration. If someone breaks into your home you would remove them unless you’re mentally challenged.

There is nothing hypocritcal about wanting to protect your home, this country is great because it isn't a bannana republic that you would love to see it become. America gives hundreds of millions of dollars to countries like Mexico, and that Gov't gives 0 to its people. America has exported thousands of jobs there as well, if Mexico caught you in there country without papers you would be locked up and rightfully so! Love when illegals use kids in an attempt to get around immigration law and make it look bad. If people want to claim the land was theirs before European settlment remember this, the cities, it's commerce and trade along with its laws were created by those same European settlers. It's the reason why the U.S. isn't a 3rd world country. Anyone can occupy land but Europeans turned Americans made it!
