I've worked with food ever since I was old enough to work. I've never done anything wrong to anyone's food or seen anything disgusting done to anyone's food that went farther than dressing it sloppily, adding heavy amounts of spices or overcooking.

I've rewad ur book and i enjoy it. But nowadays all that petty 1980 s&it can't fly in a retaurant today. I've worked in plenty of restaurants in the French Quarter, NOLA, from every system from old micro to new aloha and the tuf ur talking about is scamming customers.
