I seriously wouldn't go into the game review thing full time guys unless you want to give proper reviews and actually play the game in its entirety. You shouldn't compare MGS sneaking to splinter cell, you should compare splinter cell to MGS. MG games pre-date it and pretty much invented the entire sneaking genre.

The initial install? If you mean that one then ur bullshitting cos it was a set time of 8 mins for everyone. The installs in between are roughly 2 mins.

I only felt that run and gun was forced on me for the first play through...in subsequent play throughs i thought it was pretty easy to sneak once you know the maps. I thought they could have made the Big Boss emblem harder to get...once i got the hang of tranqing/sneaking it only took me a coupla days to get Big Boss.

I felt that the "run-and-gun" style of gameplay was forced on me. I mean I could've done alot of the parts stealthily but it was just so much easier to run-and-gun. Boss battles are amazing so far though.
