@eengmtc i hate it when people are like that...give credit where its due! michael jackson never sugar coated it when he praised james brown, fred astaire or jean kelly as his major influences because he was confident in his ability enough to not be bothered whether people would think he ripped them off or not.

@musicbabylove1 Do some research, u find he seems irritated by the continual mentions of MJ's influence, he always says that he was influenced by others as well when all you can see in his ENTIRE presentation is MJ. Here he even tried to take away from MJ use of the fedora and his other staging. I think he is a PUNK for doing that AND for how he threw Janet under the bus when stuff went down. He blamed her entirely and lost a lot of respect for it, Pharell refused to work w/him anymore...

@musicbabylove1 - You're right, he does have some kind of chip. There is evidence in clips while MJ was alive where he first said he that MJ tried to educate him on Astaire, Kelly, Brown, and Sinatra and he said that all was way before his time..laughing. Later when he was going solo, he seemed to RESENT that everyone always underscored how he was influenced by MJ, he even had the gall, like here, to say THOSE same entertainers were the ones, when all you have to do is see him dance and u KNOW
