The ship's decor is bright, warmly tropical. Dining is freestyle ('dine where you want'). Seven restaurants feature Italian through Chinese, sushi and crepes. Specialty 'alternative dining' (at extra cost) is popular due to the fine cuisine and service. A junior buffet in the evening gives children the option of dining informally without their parents; also there is a magnificent Kid's Korner and a nightly teen disco. Pleasing background music is pervasive. During the day join a variety of organised activities, spa and sporting/fitness services, or spend in the duty-free shop. In the evening curtains go up in the Stardust Lounge; enjoy comedy, adults-only karaoke, dancing, and dress up for the theme nights. Passengers on average are young, include many Europeans, families, and first-time cruisers. The itinerary appeals to those with less vacation time. Dress is casual.
