More than a TITLE! Read these direct quotations from SDA. You will see this goes beyond the belief that the name Michael is just another title for Jesus. They believe they are the same.

Ellen White, "I saw that Moses passed through death, but Michael came down and gave him life before he saw corruption. Satan claimed the body as his, but Michael resurrected Moses, and took him to heaven. The Devil tried to hold his body, and railed out bitterly against God, denounced him as unjust, in taking from him his prey. Of course that is because they believe he is Jesus, this goes beyond the claim that they think Michael is just another name for Jesus. They believe he is Jesus as I have shown from their own literature.

Ask an SDA Member to explain any of the following verses and they will ignore them like they never came from scripture, they act as if they don't exist.

Heb 1:5 .. which of the angels hath he said at any time, Thou art my Son, today have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

Hebrews 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith: And let all the angels of God adore him.

Heb 1:13... But to which of the angels said he at any time: Sit on my right hand, until I make thy enemies thy footstool?

Hebrews 2:16 No where doth he take hold of the angels: but of the seed of Abraham he taketh hold. [Jesus didn't take the nature of angels.]

Hebrews 1:4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath inherited a more excellent name than they. [Jesus has a NAME MORE EXCELLENT than ALL angels an His name is not Michael.]

2 Peter 2:11 Where as angels who are greater in strength and power, bring not against themselves a railing judgment.

Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshiping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Notice: Michael "is one" of the chief princes, which places him in a group of other chief princes. How large that group is we are not told. Michael is in a group of equals. Michael could not be Christ, as Christ is not described as one of equals. Christ is described in John 3:16, as "one and only Son." The Greek for "only" is, "monogenes," one of a kind or unique one. Again this shows that Michael cannot be Christ.

There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt...

@binnieboo123 I disagree. It is very illogical when the Bible itself shows them as two different beings in Jude. Then illogical because nowhere in the Bible is Jesus called Michael or Michael called Jesus.

the father and I are one. John 10:30. God is not an archangel. he is the creator of all beings. visible and unseen. If Jesus claims that the father and him are one therefore, Jesus is God and the creator of everything. aside from that he claim in book of revelation that he is the alpha and the omega. there is no greater than that claim. the alpha has no beginning and that what's make him a God. not an angel. :-)

@238Truth Where is Jesus ever seen sitting on the throne? In my Bible he is described as sitting at the right hand of the throne Heb 12:2. IF Jesus is God, shouldnt he be sitting on the throne? . Rev 4:12 describes one seated on the throne. Shouldnt there be three? And that one is described as God.

Oh what a blunder in the SDA teaching. They failed here and in their interpretation of Rev. There is no biblical support to show that Christians worshipped in Synagogues . I listen to the SDA vehemently proclaiming that the Roman Papacy is "The Anti-Christ " [I agreed ] and in the same lecture they are teaching that in that text Rev. ,where it specifically says ",,,say they are'JEWS' and are not,but are a SYNAGOGUE' of Satan",really they are speaking of Christians.That I totally disagreed.

How about this question since Michael is the trumpet blower and we can all agree on that one. WHo is Michael Jackson. He is the one that frees that tree that we are commanded to abstain from.
