@bryemycaz According to an old Status Quo discography I have, this music is from a 1977 Concept album called "Inter-Galactic Touring Band" which features FRANCIS ROSSI and RICK PARFITT singing on a song called "A Planet Called Monday"
So you are correct - IT IS RICK PARFITT as well as ROSSI.
