That was a joke homeboy, although their insurance was awesome, so I do recommend it. My statement was meant to insult a government monopoly on things as well, since they could not handle any previous medical "solutions" to begin with, all of which are bankrupt and failing. Blue Cross actually did good, so if we were going to monopolize, might as well be a program that works! ;P

I understand your concern. I think the point that YoungGen is trying to make is that conservatives don't like tax and spend , and yet republican states tend to take in more tax payer money. Many democrats see this as republicans saying "don't tax and spend money, unless it is for our state". Personally, I like this money being put to good use in whatever state needs it. However, I would like people to be honest about receiving it, instead of taking the money and trashing the practice.

The states with the ten lowest levels of per capita output are: Mississippi, West Virginia, Arkansas, Montana, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Alabama, Kentucky, Idaho, and Maine. The only blue state in the bunch is Maine. So with all the welfare blacks and Hispanics who dont want to work they seem to be paying a lot more than you southern whites who see this as some welfare game.

Stop whining, free medical insurance should be a premium. If we can send kids to war for free than we can give people free medical insurance. The blue states provide more than double what we receive from the red states. If you look at the figures the real welfare babies are the red state bums who dont pay their share. When you live in a society, you have to understand that programs you dont particularly like will be pushed.

Well the "Blue Staters" are for sharing the wealth, why was the guy that I replied to whining about having to fund "Red" states? I'll tell you.....it all sounds so noble and peachy to tell people that they need to share, until it dips into their pockets. Then it's like, "whoa....wait a minute! That's my money! why can't they get their own!!"
