When large automakers in the past have bought ideas like this, more often than not, they've disappeared. Good news is Myers is close to releasing their DUO two seater.
The NMG was an absolute rush to drive. I put down a deposit on their DUO. With all the problems in Japan getting "American" car components to the US car makers, if it affects Myers, I'd likely transfer my DUO deposit and get a NMG this Summer. I can power this with solar panels on my garage or buy green utility energy.

VolksWagen should buy the rights to this thing. Make it a two seater, one behind the other, and a motorcycle engine in the back to make it a hybrid.
