i wanted to know what you can do to matify shimmery eyeshadows without that product? since its not sold in my country. :(
like do you blot it with a tissue to take the shimmer off?

i have "beewax oitment" that looks like that! the consistency of it is so similar! the same almost! i tried it and it mattified my frost eyeshadow!!
