11-17-11 was the date in Eugene, near the end of the Handguns CD Release NW Tour. The boys in Greensky Bluegrass unplugged with Hot Buttered Rum for an old fashioned sing along. Who could ask for anything more? Maybe a tripod, but it's hard to dance with one. I wasn't there for anything other than good old Kalamazoo hugs and dancing. Me and the babies and everyone in between. Everyone is full of love at Camp Greensky. The HBR boys are a gift also. In the old days, people hung around Bill Monroe for music like this...so OG. These guys are taking it beyond 2012. Welcome to the new world of bluegrass, baby. Thank you boys. Thank you for taking hugs across the country.
Love Love Love! If you ever find yourself in a campground in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere in the middle of a festival, you'll find someone from Camp Greensky. Or some of their friends. Never pass up a song (or a hug) from these guys.
