  • how old is this interview?

  • @Demsterwold this ones from between 2000-2001

  • @linuxelf1 Before the first film was released? If so, is it possible that this is the first footage the public saw of what Anduril (formerly Narsil) was going to look like, or had it already been seen in a trailer?

  • @Ozzman500 i haven't seen the fotr trailer in awhile, i could be wrong but the

sword Anduril could be in the trailer (its a scene with Aragorn looking at the shards, or Arwen saying 'Give him the sword its his time').. but dont hold me to that i'll have to watch the trailer again lol. But i do remember when watching this on TV (at the time) that I didn't recognize the sword at the time...

  • wonderful interview thanks for posting it!

  • Ugh... the interviewer kept interrupting PJ ended this on a very sour note. Why would ask that question last? (Or at all?)

    PJ is pleasant as always~

  • What's with talking about his mom dying? Jerk! :(

  • 4:10 Would you do it again? No No.

    He DID!

  • @Ozzman500 It may be Aragorn's standard nameless sword (before he finally wields Anduril in the movie version of ROTK). Then again, the extra elvish script might point to a more ancient ancestry. And the sword does resemble the finished version of Anduril quite a bit... Might be an early prop before recieving the finishing touches...

  • I preferred Peter Jackson the way he was before getting the weight loss thing going. He had a natural charm and endearment attached to his figure.

  • Fat Thing Fat Thing Fat Thing i never saw him in one shape

  • I've always wondered about Tolkien's opinion, and Peter says it like it is - he would hopefully feel he had been taken to Middle Earth.

  • WOw THANK YOU so much for this video!! iv actual learned alot!
