I'm glad the market is slowing down. Note, how these new tract neighborhoods bulldoze the woods right down. In the old days, we only removed the trees/woods that we needed for the house. Moreover, spreading these tract neighborhoods, further into the woods is affecting wildlife. You are reducing their avail land while creating more negative interactions btwn wildlife and humans. Smart Development Now. Buy property to save the woods & farms!!!
