This is #12 in a 13 part comic movie. Bucky Badger is the Mascot of the University of Wisconsin Badgers. Dr. Frankenstein (Science) and Towel Boy (the Sports department) created BUCKYSTEIN together as a living Mascot. The joke makes fun of the collage community. It is based on weather big sports schools are Academic institutions first or sports franchises with schools attached . But, you can't have a collage team without a collage, right? Funny?
