Manolo Sanlucar's Andares Gaditanos, which I picked up by ear some time ago. I am no expert in flamenco but I think this piece reflects the true spirit of the zapateado form. Quite challenging for the left hand with unending barre chords and quick jumps in-between far positions. More fun to listen to than play it, I must say.
