RadioHogan on the Peter Schiff Cult and the Austrian School

This is a good dissection of the Schiff Cult and Austrian School of Economics by RadioHogan. Ok, granted he got a few facts wrong, but in totality, the story is well thought out and supported.
One of his relevant points is about Schiff not having ever studied economics and having no economics degree.
The part he got wrong is about Schiff being one of the main flag bearers for the Austrian School today.
Nothing of the kind. Schiff just took the Austrian School precepts in order to promote himself and his firm. He has been doing this ever since he took over Europac, his peanut brokerage. So if anything, all he is doing is using the Austrian School and borrowing its goodwill to promote himself and his firm.

Slimy snake oil salesmanship at its finest.
