I downloaded it off of Limewire, and it said it was Van Halen-Sweet Victory.

it doesn't sound like van halen to me, sometimes it will say it's X band when it's really Y band, on limewire. That's because the person who named it on their own machine got it wrong. I could be wrong though, it just doesn't sound like sammy hagar or david lee roth.

Yes I think you are correct, because I have never heard Van Halen sing this.
