That is exactly the point that Creationists have been trying to make. God upholds the laws of physics, yes, but the fact that we can explain both the inner workings of a cell and the inner workings of a combustion engine naturally, does not mean that either the cell or the combustion engine are products of purely naturalistic origins. Intelligence for both.
