Kyle Cox introducing me to the HALO An informal Stairwell session

This was the first time I palyed the HALO. I travelled with my family to meet Kyle and his family for the first time, in Northern Florida. It was a really great, but short experience. Unfortunately, my family and I were not able to spend more than a few hours with Kyle and his family. But it was a great experience, and a great honor to meet the hammer man of Pantheon Steel. Someday, I also hope to meet Jim Dusin, the other half of Pantheon Steel.

Kyle took me to the stairwell of the hotel he was staying in. He was pretty excited. What a great way to be introduced to the HALO. This is a recording of that brief session. Nothing but the mini cam mic. Very informal, and very, very cool.

Thanks Kyle and Jim..... the HALO is a beautiful instrument. I've already gained a great affinity for it, and how my style is growing around it. I look forward to hearing other HALOs as they emrge as well.

i love how the halo sounds and how it is so much different than other pitched instruments. i actually witnessed the first pantheon halo ensemble at mineral area college not too long ago
