  • Geez....what would it take for him to come back? He is the definitive Phantom!

  • I had the privilege of seeing Michael Crawford in the original production at Her Majesty's in London about 4 times. His performance was absolutely mesmerizing. No other production of the show comes close to his definitive interpretation. And, that Las Vegas production is an absolute dud. Webber should order that thing closed immediately.

  • I saw the Vegas one. This was my first time to see it on stage and I enjoyed it, but HATED that The Point of No Return (one of my favorite songs) was edited to where they barely sang any of the song :(

  • @LittleRichOne i agree the vegas 1 was terrible!!

  • I'd like to see an animated version a la Shrek. They could recreate the original cast and music and the special effects give limitless possibilities. It would introduce a whole new generation to this amazing show.

  • OMG, I watch the Vegas one. The actors should really just jump off the balcony. Total CRAP. The actress playing Christine was horrible. The whole production seem rushed compare to when I watch the San Francisco company

  • I love this kind of special feature stuff! so interesting!

p.s. The phantom looks hot in that sketch! lol

  • You are a very fortunate person.....what I wouldn't give to have seen it once, either in London or New York. Just as well; I'd have a complete idiot over "him".

  • I really appreciate Michaels contributions to the Phantom of the Opera. This clip and some others show that Michael not only acted and sung the role masterfully but he helped to shape the show so it could become what it has today. I wish Webber and company would ask Michael back because I really miss his Phantom!

  • I love this, seen it so many times on the dvd's.

    Great stuff.
