Composers were Kazuhiko Uehara, Motoaki Furukawa, Michiru Yamane and Yukie Morimoto. Uehara was involved with Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake and SD Snatcher. Furukawa also worked on Nemesis II, King's Valley II, Metal Gear, Hinotori (Firebird), Salamander and SD Snatcher. Yamane, also known as Chiruchiru, worked on Twinbee and SD Snatcher.

The game uses Konami's custom sound chip called SCC (Sound Custom Chip), a 5-channel chip that compliments the 3-channel PSG chip of the MSX computer system.

This game has a big list of background tracks, all with a character of their own. I like the music from this game for its diversity and atmosphere that matches its associated level quite well.

  • second lvl is the best music so far that and poison of snake.

  • Comparing to the standard shitty 3 channel sounds, Konami really had awesome sounds with their scc chip. Well composed.

  • WELL GEE IT'S NOT LIKE THEY'RE THE SAME SONG OR ANYTHING HERF DERF

    oh wait

  • the MSX "poison of snake" version sounds almost like "theme of the gorem " on salamander 2.

  • Mega thanks to you megamarsvin! :>D

  • I usually save the clip first and then use a freeware tool called AudioExtractor. But if you Google "youtube to mp3" you'll get sites that convert straight to mp3 too!

  • I know you can save youtube videoclips but I didn't know you can save the audio part of the clip alone. Can you teach me how that can be done? :-D

  • Shouldn't be too hard. Just rip the audio from this clip and upload it to your phone ;)

  • Dance of the Middle Easterners

Simply the best fucking song ever

  • The music at starting 1:30 (Level 3), I would do anything to put it as my ringtone!
