I also have one of NZs few white TBs. Legally White was born white with a medicine hat but has roaned out over time. My friend and I call her a Clydapaloosabred as she looks like a cross between a Clydie, an appie and a TB!

This horse was named The Opera House (or simply just Melba). Sold for A$270,000 at yearling sale. Retired in July 2011. After breaking her maiden (first win) in the 4th race at Wyong on June 30th, the filly was found to have suffered a tendon injury. It was her first win in 9 starts, but it came in a 2100 meter race; most of her losses had come at shorter distance. Fortunately Melba is well; she is to sent to 2008 Kentucky Derby winner Big Brown for her first foal.

Bossy little thing haha, but super cute. I saw a picture of her in the paper. Apparently Zabeel's line often throws these little miracles. She looks like she's gunna' be a champ, TBs need to be bossy to win races and she sure is.
