I am from ND and my community and I welcome out of state hunters. We would rather see an out of state hunter than a hunter from Fargo. Everyone from out of state is respectable and appreciative unlike people from the State of ND that think they own the land when they are from a city nearby. Bring on the out of state hunters!!!!!!

thats because all of you out of staters leave all of your shit on the farmers land, i am one of those farmers from devils lake and i post everything because you bring out 10-15 guys shoot shit that isn't legal and leave all of your garbage in the fields.. take care of other ppls shit and it will be open.

@FowlAttitude2 im from ND and moved to MN, now the nddnr are a bunch of assholes, dnt let out of state hunters hunt opener and they charge an arm and a leg for licences. If Minnesota jacked up our out of state fishing licence, your nodak heads would spin so fast, the licences would change immediately

Dont worry, I was at Devils Lake 3 yrs ago. All I saw was "no hunting" no trespassing signs, and a bunch of pricks.
