I love it when super ignorant people rant about how they know nothing about fitness and then leave my channel... ohh kind of like what you just did. Great way to stay close minded. These warm-ups are used by professional athletes, but I guess you must be above them right? See ya later duuuude.

Great videos! Just curious, how do exercises like these help break plateaus in other lifting routines? Im trying to incorporate a little more cardio, and possibly plyometric type exercises into my other weight lifting routines

Well, you are only doing each exercise twice and they are 10 seconds long a piece. By doing these you are activating all your fast twitch muscle fibers which will help you with all your explosive movements. The more muscle fibers "ready to go" before a lift, the stronger you will be/less risk of an injury. Give it a shot and let me know how you do! :)

The Olympics are not too far away, it would be great if you could do some video's based on Athletic sports like sprinting and throwing and see the difference made by doing things like fast twitch igniter warm ups. just an idea :)
