V8 Lambo Diablo Roadster

This is the car running for the first time in months and just after the exhaust was put on. This is a V8 4.9L PFI engine matched transverse on a Fiero Chassis w/ a Fiero 4 Spd transmission. The exhaust is custom made. (DYNOMAX Super Turbo's w/ dual twin resonator tips from Hooker)

The tick is only the high performance gas line rubbing against the alternator; the gas line has since been trimmed and ran to its proper placement. the engine runs without any tick.

@vfIskullangel If you have owned both you would agree that a 4.9 is faster than a 2.8, unless you have owned a 4.9 in a cadillac, they might be slower. Ive owned both in a fiero and a 4.9 is much faster. Im not saying other v6 swaps arent worth it, they are, but a 4.9 swap is not just for show. It has 50 more hp and 100+ more tq than a 2.8, and it weighs less. So unless im mistaken by what you meant by "quick" i disagree.

where did you get your kit if I may ask and are you happy with it? I've been looking around for a good Diablo Roadster kit and have yet to find one I like.

Actually those 4.9's aren't much to brag about in fact they aren't any quicker than the stock Fiero 2.8.

I've owned both in my life time and the best route to go with a Fiero is a V6 motor. Stay clear of a V8 unless its just for show like this one.
