  • Nice arms dude! You look quite muscular int his video! Also i am starting to bulk i have no money for whey protein or supplements i just go swimming and lift weights from home and have made my own plan working out different parts of the body eat 6 meals a day carbs fruit vegetables protein and some good fat and i am 16 and a skinny flabby guy!

  • keep eating those six meals a day and you be skinny for long... and don't worry about the protein sups as long as you get adequate protein through your normal diet , you'll be fine..

  • if you're asking me, my answer is small and mid sized meals.

    im trying to gain weight but i dont seem to have the appetite especially at night when im already not hungry. should i still eat even when im not hungry?
