actually this is more like late 80s, early 90s.

@fartbrothers123 I would imagine because Europe are more indicative of 1980s popular Metal and Rock. Dio and Ozzy both began their career much earlier and enjoyed far greater commercial success than most of the bands in this video in the 1990s.
